I couldn't help seeing red wherever my eyes landed this morning...
but of the good kind
the ackee tree is putting out it's red fruit
the red and yellow hibiscus flowers thrilled me with their frilly petals
the red hibiscus is looking good, too
and our young roo is giving the red hibiscus, the "good looks" competition
the banana flower is showing off it's red
and the red sorrel seeds are in the process of drying for the next season
the tomato patch is growing lots of red
and I do believe, we will have a tomato feast today
the pea tree is promising plenty peas with their red beginnings
the crotons along the fence look rather elegant in their red and black leaves
the white ginger lillies are sprouting blooms below the rock garden
the "pride of barbados" flamboyant flowers are beckoning the hummingbirds
the red ixora flowers are still going strong
Mimi and Ms. Roja are keeping their red feathers in fine form indeed
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord:
though your sins be as scarlet,
they shall be as white as snow;
though they be red like crimson,
they shall be as wool.
Isaiah 1:18
May your day or night be graced in God's mercy.
